Salary Range: $93,671.00 - $140,507.00

Position Summary:

In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain leaders across our US and Mexico footprint, providing the financial insight that drives day-to-day decisions and long-term planning. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Business Partnership: serves as the finance partner to Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain leaders in US and Mexico, providing analysis and insight that informs operational decision-making.
  • Operational Reporting & Analysis: develops and delivers reporting on key operational KPIs - cost, throughput, inventory, freight and labor - to plant, logistics and executive stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Modeling: builds financial and operational models to support ad-hoc projects, including capex evaluation, network and footprint analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Process Improvement: identifies opportunities across departments, quantifies the financial impact, partners with business leaders to implement future-state solutions, and tracks results.
  • Cross-Border Operations Support: collaborates with US and Mexico finance and operations teams to align reporting, standardize metrics, and surface insights across the combined footprint.


Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Accounting
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (financial analysis, business analysis, manufacturing)
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative skillset that can analyze, measure, problem solve, and present recommendations that provide visibility to forward looking opportunities
  • Must have the maturity and confidence to deal directly with C-level executives
    Experience developing complex reports and providing summarized, actionable analysis to all levels of the organization
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    Ability to deliver time-sensitive analyses in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial modeling skills including: developing models to understand complex business scenarios, gathering data from a variety of internal and external sources, validating it, performing analysis using flexible modeling techniques, drawing conclusions, translating them into action plans, and successfully executing against the plans
  • Tech savvy and high proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate analysis, modeling or reporting
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing operational and financial data
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying ERP and data warehouse sources
