Overview

BRMi is seeking a highly organized Project Manager with exceptional communication skills to lead pre-implementation activities for an Oracle Incentive Compensation module implementation supporting a large employee population.

This role partners closely with technical-functional leadership and cross-functional teams across HR Technology, Compensation, business units, and enterprise technology to drive discovery, documentation, requirements gathering, project planning, vendor mobilization, and implementation readiness. Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-implementation activities for the Incentive Compensation module, including scope definition, planning, sequencing, dependency management, and implementation readiness.
  • Partner with technical-functional leads to translate technical and functional requirements into clear project plans, timelines, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate working sessions with business subject matter experts to document current-state processes, handoffs, pain points, dependencies, and risk or regulatory considerations.
  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including eligibility requirements, approval rules, notifications, audit controls, and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate documentation of current-state and future-state technology flows, including system touchpoints, integrations, data movement, and ownership.
  • Develop reusable project management playbooks for technical project intake, scoping, requirements, governance, risk management, status reporting, testing, cutover, and knowledge transfer.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready project documentation.
  • Develop concise, executive-ready status reports communicating progress, risks, impediments, required decisions, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and vendor mobilization activities with leadership and procurement teams.
  • Support the development of statement of work inputs, scope validation, and implementation partner selection activities.
  • Establish and manage project meeting cadences, including agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Navigate complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships and facilitate consensus regarding project ownership and decisions.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and decisions appropriately to maintain project timelines and critical-path activities.
  • Support development of RACI matrices and establish clear roles and responsibilities across implementation teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading technical or enterprise system implementations.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Incentive Compensation implementations preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear business language.
  • Experience communicating project information to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage documentation, follow-up activities, version control, timelines, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive progress in ambiguous environments where requirements, resources, and decisions are evolving.
  • Experience developing project documentation, process flows, playbooks, templates, or reusable operating procedures.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading requirements sessions, working sessions, and leadership briefings.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, resource constraints, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, RACI matrices, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, resources, and implementation readiness activities.
  • Familiarity with incentive or variable compensation plan design, payout calculations, and approval workflows preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk, security, compliance, and audit review requirements preferred.
