Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience managing civil engineering projects and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read and interpret Plans and Specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software, with willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied personnel communication.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and project scope to guide planning.
• Estimate resources required for project completion.
• Oversee project schedules, including CPM and short-term plans.
• Conduct pre-costing activities and manage cost reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for projects.
• Conduct safety surveys and monitor subcontractor compliance with safety standards.
• Implement and enforce safety policies as per company and client guidelines.
