Environmental, Operations and Construction (EOC) operates within HDR's Federal Business Group, capable of delivering services across all HDR business groups at any location. Our work is performed by our professional staff, scientists and engineers at remote sites, embedded in client office space or our own facilities. EOC delivers quality engineering, environmental, and construction management services at competitive prices.
In the role of Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine project
Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development - Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meeting
Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance. - Conduct work sessions for project development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule.
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - A license/certification
- PMP certification
- Experience in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
QualificationsRequired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
