Description:
International Growth Marketing, Senior Project Manager
The Project Manager supports the International Growth Marketing teams by ensuring campaigns, creative workflows, and cross - functional processes run smoothly and on schedule. This role is highly detail - oriented and execution-focused-ideal for someone with a few years of project management or marketing operations experience who excels at organization, documentation, and keeping teams on track.
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Growth Marketing Strategy team by ensuring campaigns, creative workflows, and cross-functional processes are timely and seamless. The Project Management team acts as a bridge connecting various teams - Strategy, Creative, Media, LPMO, and more - to support campaign planning, asset QA and delivery, timelines management, and daily operational updates.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships cross functionally
  • Partner with regional strategy teams to facilitate campaign planning and align on strategy, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify dependencies and risks for upcoming campaigns and proactively mitigate risks and blockers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Maintain full visibility into campaign status
  • Communicate regional priorities and strategy cross functionally to ensure alignment
  • Build project plans for campaign & creative deliverables
  • QA and deliver creative deliverables
  • Troubleshoot workflows and process issues

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of work experience in digital marketing, project management, creative operations or similar roles.
  • Experience managing projects cross functionally
  • Demonstrated success in completing projects/tasks in a complex environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing creative best practices

  • Familiarity with direct to consumer marketing
