What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end-ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
- Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements
- Help build and refine project management best practices and tools
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others
