Front of House (FOH) Project Manager to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience managing customer-facing technology projects (e.g., POS systems, kiosks, digital signage).
  • Experience leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that impact FOH operations ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members and executive stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Ability to gather business requirements from operational teams and translate them into technical tasks.
  • Skilled in managing risks, dependencies, and issues associated with FOH IT projects, ensuring proactive resolution.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience with system rollouts in high-traffic areas.
  • Ensure all IT solutions align with business objectives and enhance FOH efficiency.
