Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex projects, ideally involving facility build-outs or manufacturing scale-up.
• Experience managing facility, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or industrial project execution.
• Strong understanding of contractor coordination and issue resolution.
• Background in utilities such as electrical power, process gases, or cooling systems.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and facility readiness projects for manufacturing ramp-up.
• Manage daily coordination of contractors and facility support teams for project execution.
• Coordinate site infrastructure work related to essential utilities and facility changes.
• Support installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment for scaling.
• Collaborate with program lead to align site ramp with multi-site expansion strategy.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and critical path activities.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in completion of work according to project scope.
