Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in industrial project management, operations, or engineering.
• Post-secondary education in Management, Mechanical, Process, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Formal training in project management principles, through education, certification, or experience.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like scheduling software and document management systems.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in multi-disciplinary environments is preferred.
• Experience delivering projects in food and beverage processing or advanced manufacturing is strongly desired.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and clear communication.
• Build and maintain high-performing project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
• Support business development efforts by collaborating with leaders during opportunity identification and proposal development.
• Lead proposal management, creating realistic and high-quality project approaches and scopes.
• Apply project management fundamentals to proactively control project performance and address issues early.
• Lead project kick-offs and regular team meetings to maintain alignment and transparency.
