Position Title:Project Manager
Job Description:JR191842 Project ManagerResponsible for working with internal and external business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects that support achievement of simple to complex organizational goals, problem analysis, and resolution. This role will interact with our members, their families, and/or caregivers.
Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

How you will make an impact:- Provides performance feedback to team members and resource managers.
- Use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts and strategic decisions
- Facilitates resolution of issues.
- Obtain/secure and archive necessary approvals.
- Manage and update project plan as appropriate
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all departments
- Analyze and evaluate current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, which at least 2 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, solve complex problems, and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience leading projects and driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Strong ability to assess urgency, risk, and business impact when making decisions and prioritizing work.
- Demonstrates empathy, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
- Maintains professionalism, composure, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Healthcare, managed care, or health services experience preferred.
