Project Manager-Education

Coordinates, tracks, and assists with various, often simultaneous, system and facility-specific education projects of a highly complex nature. Collaborates with other IU Health departments and facilities to ensure education events are successfully organized. Develops and maintains the communication process to ensure effective flow of information within teams, hospital leadership, and external partners as appropriate. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Oversees day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
  • Requires ability to obtain and apply knowledge of the organization policies and procedures.
  • Requires knowledge of business and clinical applications.
  • Requires 3-5 years progressively responsible professional level experience in a related field.
  • Requires experience using/manipulating data in databases and spreadsheets.
