Qualifications

• Fluency in APIs, data models, and integrations, understanding system interconnections without writing code.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with sound judgment: know what to tackle now, what to delay, and what to escalate.
• Capability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Rank incoming requests based on impact, dependencies, and launch timelines to prioritize team focus.
• Guide each clinic from initial contact to operational launch, overseeing technical tasks throughout the process.
• Create a detailed project schedule with task owners and deadlines that are reliable.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, product teams, and clinics with clear transition protocols.
• Identify and communicate risks early to prevent project delays.
• Provide concise updates to internal teams and clinics on the status of launches.
• Continuously refine the operational playbook and relay consistent product issues back to engineering.
