Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Rank every incoming request by impact, dependencies, and launch dates, then decide what the team takes on first.
  • Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, steering the technical work the whole way.
  • Break scope into a schedule with real owners and dates that hold.
  • Keep engineering, product, and the clinic aligned, with clean handoffs between them.
  • Surface risks early; escalate before a date slips.
  • Give internal teams and the clinic a straight read on where each launch stands.
  • Sharpen the playbook as you go, and route recurring product gaps back to engineering.

What we're looking for
  • 3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule.
  • Enough fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations to reason about how systems connect. Writing the code isn't the job.
  • Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike.
  • Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to escalate.
  • Steady across a lot of simultaneous launches.

Bonus
  • Healthcare data or health-tech background.
  • Hands-on with EHRs or other clinical systems.
  • Built things at a startup or high-growth company.
