Construction Project Manager - Renovations (Full-Time)re:fab | Lakeville, MA (Travel Required)We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Renovations team. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is motivated, organized, adaptable, and willing to travel to get the job done right.
What You'll Be DoingProject Execution & Oversight- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Conduct site inspections and document existing conditions
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors
- Track budgets, timelines, and overall project progress
- Review plans, scopes, contracts, change orders, and reports
Estimating & Pre-Construction- Perform takeoffs from plans and field conditions
- Assist with estimates using Xactimate, QuickBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Collect and evaluate subcontractor pricing
- Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities
Communication & Teamwork- Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Field teams
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proactively report project status, risks, and solutions
What We're Looking ForRequired- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)- Experience in construction, renovations, painting, or related trades
- Familiarity with estimating tools (Xactimate, QuickBid, Stack, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and basic building codes
Travel Requirement- Regular travel throughout New England, with occasional travel beyond the region
- Overnight stays required based on project needs
• Candidates must be able to travel on short notice when required by project timelines.
Reporting StructureReports directly to the Director of Renovations and works closely with the Operations team.
