Project Manager - ConstructionPosition OverviewTop ENR New England general contractor is seeking multiple experienced Project Managers to oversee and manage commercial construction projects in the CT and RI markets. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
- Manage project financials and documentation including RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals etc
Qualifications- 3 or more years of proven experience as a Project Manager for a commercial general contractor
- Strong understanding of project financials, proposals and ability to manager project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, submittals
- Proficient with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
