Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, operations design, or related cross-functional roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project governance, project planning, and Airtable, along with experience developing scalable operational processes and leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations. The role will support AI transformation, operational excellence, organizational change, and adoption initiatives while balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead project governance and planning activities across cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and implement standardized operational processes, SOPs, and scalable workflow frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations.
• Support AI transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to AI-related transformation, adoption, enablement, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Identify practical opportunities to apply AI across planning workflows, documentation, and team operations.
• Support design, research, product, and other highly cross-functional organizations.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.
• Use Airtable to support project planning, workflow management, tracking, and operational processes.
• Balance strategic planning with operational execution in fast-paced environments.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, operations design, or related cross-functional roles.
• Strong experience in project governance and project planning.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable.
• Experience developing and implementing standardized operational processes, SOPs, or scalable workflow frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience supporting design, research, product, or other highly cross-functional organizations.
• Experience leading or contributing to AI-related transformation, adoption, enablement, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Ability to identify practical opportunities to apply AI across planning workflows, documentation, and team operations.
