What You'll Do- Manage commercial electrical projects from initial planning through completion
- Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and financial performance
- Lead electricians, subcontractors, and other trade professionals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Manage contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and project documentation
- Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect schedule or cost
- Ensure work meets applicable codes, regulations, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare project status reports, budget updates, and change order tracking
What You'll Need- 5+ years managing commercial electrical projects
- Experience with both non-union and Design-Build projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Experience leading project teams
- Proficiency with project management software, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to visit job sites and work in field conditions as needed
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Electrical trade certification or journeyman status
- Experience with Procore
