Full Job Description
Project Manager who drives execution and builds confidence across teams. We design and deliver large-scale automation systems for airports, logistics hubs, and specialized theme park environments. Our projects are high-visibility, high-value, and operate in live facilities where coordination, speed, and accountability are essential.

If you've worked in industrial automation, baggage handling systems, or engineering-heavy environments - and you're the person others rely on when decisions need to be made - this role offers the opportunity to lead from the front.

This position joins a growing department actively strengthening its structure, processes, and standards - creating real opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact, shape outcomes, and help build what comes next.

Why This Role Matters

This role is the operational heartbeat of our projects.

You will serve as the connection point between:
  • Engineering & technical teams
  • Operations & field leadership
  • Client executives & decision makers

You bring clarity when priorities shift, direction when challenges arise, and confidence to every stakeholder involved. When projects succeed, your leadership is visible in the outcome.

What You'll Lead

Project Ownership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead projects from kickoff through completion with clear direction and accountability
  • Maintain alignment on scope, risks, timelines, and outcomes
  • Navigate changing priorities while maintaining forward progress

Schedules, Budgets & Results
  • Build and manage realistic project schedules
  • Track budgets, materials, and manpower across multiple sites
  • Identify risks early and remove obstacles before they impact delivery
  • Maintain operational discipline in fast-moving environments

Communication That Drives Action
  • Deliver clear, accurate updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Prepare reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Establish structure and clarity so teams execute with confidence
  • Build strong relationships and trust quickly with clients and internal partners

Team Leadership
  • Support and guide junior PMs and project staff
  • Foster collaboration across departments and field teams
  • Provide direction through challenges and recognize team achievements
  • Lead with professionalism, credibility, and decisiveness

How You'll Succeed Here
  • This environment rewards leaders who are:
  • Highly resourceful and self-directed - able to learn systems, policies, and processes independently
  • Assertive yet collaborative, capable of building trust quickly across technical and operational teams
  • Comfortable operating with ownership and accountability rather than step-by-step direction
  • Calm decision-makers who bring structure to complex situations
  • Relationship-focused leaders who communicate clearly and follow through consistently

You'll always have support and access to leadership, but success in this role comes from initiative, ownership, and sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, technical teams, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise project management tools
  • Professional presence representing CLX in meetings, site walkthroughs, and executive briefings
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% based on project needs
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
