Position Description: Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to work with project teams a client's Digital organization, driving project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closure for projects supporting AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform programs. You will manage multiple projects across different platforms; lead technical and strategic direction; and collaborate with a cross discipline team of engineers, management, and customers to design innovative solutions for our clients.
This role can be performed in Dallas, TX or Plano, TX.
How You'll Make an Impact:
. Manage projects on schedule and on budget within the Digital organization's AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform program areas
. Responsible for all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources and testing activities
. Take initiative to coach, mentor, and orient co workers and actively support team based developments
. Drive the on time delivery of complete scope while actively managing change requests and setting customer expectations
. Supervise staff with design, analysis, test planning, project work plans and estimates
. Ensure all solutions are delivered in accordance with CGI standards and methodologies
. Stay abreast of technical and industry developments, particularly in AI, personalization/recommendation technologies, and digital platform modernization
. Provide the highest quality services possible to all external and internal clients
. Assist with project estimation and System Requirements Specifications
. Responsible for client satisfaction
. Coordinate closely with Program Managers overseeing the broader AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform initiatives to ensure project level execution aligns with program goals
What You'll Bring:
. SAFE Agilist and/or Project Management Certification (Desired)
. Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
. Excellent leadership and team development skills (including coaching and mentoring)
. Timely, decisive, and effective problem solving skills
. Solid project management skills related to project planning and control; scope management; issue and risk management; and quality management
. Demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the standard project management lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and closure required
. Experience managing projects within a telecommunications environment preferred
. Familiarity with AI/ML driven products, personalization or recommendation engines, or digital platform modernization efforts is a plus
. Comfortable working within a larger Digital transformation program structure, collaborating with Program Managers and cross functional teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $184,000.00.
