In this role, you will: - Drive PMO processes across a large, enterprise-wide transformation program.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, and project governance activities.
- Facilitate program status reporting, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Monitor program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
- Ensure project deliverables remain aligned with business objectives and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement and PMO best practices across the program.
Who You Are: - 6 + years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, modernization, or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage complex project plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business and technology teams.
