Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team at our Rogers, MN facility. The Project Manager will have Capital Equipment experience and be responsible for the project management, execution, manufacturing and reporting for the delivery of industrial x-ray imaging capital equipment systems per customer specifications. This position may also be responsible for managing product development projects and other projects as defined by the business.

What You will Do:

  • Interface with all departments within the business to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, to scope, within budget and at the quality we expect to deliver.
  • Review contracts to validate scope and protect the interest of the business.
  • Focus on quality, cost, and on-time delivery in support of business interests.
  • Defines deliverables and milestones.
  • Prioritize tasks to optimize schedule, resource usage and product quality.
  • Leads regular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies, mitigate risks to ensure projects are successful.
  • Interface with customers to assure accurate and timely communication of project build status, delivery and installation.
  • Understands proper escalation paths and acts accordingly.
  • Delegate tasks and follow up.
  • Monitors progress and provides support as needed.
  • Validate that deliverables are finalized within budget, on time and intervenes where needed.
  • Manage departmental interdependencies.
  • Some travel to customer sites required.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of prior experience as a Project Manager (ideally) in a manufacturing or capital equipment industry.
  • Associate's degree in business or project management.
  • Knowledge of Project Management best practices, engineering principles, and the ability to lead multifunctional teams.
  • Strong planning, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize, have knowledge of escalation paths, and be able make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and have strong analytical & communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Project, and hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet during the workday.


Compensation Information:

The salary for this position ranges from $82,000 - $93,000 based on education and experience.
