The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Project Manager to lead critical telecom / IT projects from initiation to completion. This role requires more than just scheduling; we need a leader with "grit" and a relentless drive for success. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring they hit financial targets and operational milestones in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of telecom projects, defining scope, securing resources, and developing aggressive yet achievable schedules.
- Technical Team Management: Provide direct leadership and direction to diverse project teams, including vendors and subcontractors.
- Financial Stewardship: Ensure financial performance aligns strictly with business plan targets. You will be responsible for financial forecasting and cost management.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Manage and analyze large datasets within Excel to track workload status and project progress.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project-related risks or legal issues, implementing creative solutions to ensure minimal impact on outcomes.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all regional activities align with corporate strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of Project Management/Coordination experience specifically within the Telecom sector.
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or equivalent technical training.
- PMP Certificate - formal education in Project Management
- Technical Mastery: *
- Expert-level Excel skills (managing, pivot-tabling, and auditing large amounts of complex data).
- Proven experience managing projects within ServiceNow.

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan ("STIP") which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP's eligibility requirements.
