Position Title: Project Manager
A growing marine construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and field execution while serving as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborating closely with engineering, fabrication, and field teams.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000 / Year, DOE
Responsibilities - Manage marine and commercial construction projects from start to finish, including projects ranging from approximately $1M to $10M
- Own project budgets, job costs, schedules, profitability, and overall financial performance
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations
- Manage contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and subcontractor coordination
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, vendors, subcontractors, fabrication teams, foremen, and field crews
- Visit active job sites throughout the region to monitor progress and resolve construction challenges
- Support estimating, preconstruction, sales efforts, and contract negotiations as needed
Requirements - 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience within marine, waterfront, structural, heavy civil, or another complex construction environment
- Proven experience managing budgets, job costs, schedules, contracts, and change orders
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project plans, and drawings
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand project costs and profitability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to work onsite and travel regionally to active job sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications - Marine or waterfront construction experience
- Estimating or preconstruction experience
- Experience supporting public works projects, bonding, subcontractor management or contract negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing complex projects involving fabrication, demolition, pile driving, assembly, or utilities
