Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in project management within trenchless, tunneling, or utility construction
• Strong knowledge of trenchless construction methods and underground infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of trenchless construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Lead project teams including field crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Partner with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams for successful outcomes
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct site visits to verify progress, safety compliance, and quality of work
