Qualifications

10 years of heavy civil construction experience in New York metro area.
Experience with alternative delivery contracts including but not limited to CMAR, Design-Build, CMGC, Progressive Design-Build, P3, etc. preferred
Must be willing to work Project sites will be located in the New York metro area and/or Northeast, so relocation and/or travel are required.
Heavy civil construction background/experience managing diverse projects including but not limited to bridges, underground, transit, and other types of heavy civil infrastructure
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Safety-oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.

Responsibilities
