Lead cross-functional development projects within Function & Software Defined Vehicle (FSDV), ensuring delivery from early concept through industrialization and product introduction. The role combines project leadership and technical coordination, to drive execution in a complex, software-driven vehicle environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs (hardware, software, integration).
Drive execution across scope, timing, cost, quality, and features (QDCCFS).
Ensure alignment with product/platform strategy and business objectives.
2. Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain L1-L3 plans, milestones, and dependencies.
Break down program scope into streams, epics, and deliverables (e.g., Jira structure).
Monitor critical path, deviations, and delivery risks.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead collaboration across engineering domains (EE, SW, integration, testing, purchasing).
Act as the central interface between stakeholders (product, system architects, suppliers).
Facilitate alignment across global teams and organizations (GSO, GOT, etc.).
4. Scope & Requirements Management
Define, balance, and secure requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Manage scope changes, concept decisions, and technical trade-offs.
5. Cost, Resources & Budget
Consolidate cost estimations and track budget performance.
Secure resource allocation and monitor utilization.
6. Risk & Quality Management
Maintain risk register and drive mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, functional safety, cybersecurity, and legal requirements.
7. Governance & Reporting
Prepare and present project status at gates and governance forums.
Ensure clear and structured communication (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
