Full Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end project management for Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) strategy & deliverables working across FS&T teams as well as with other Finance initiatives/organizations and the Finance Acquisitions & Divestitures area. This role will work with program stakeholders and FS&T teams with the primary accountability to develop, manage, and drive the execution of project work plans throughout the project lifecycle - manage project scope; manage and drive risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID); weekly status reporting; manage dependencies across projects/programs and integrated work plan milestones. proactive, detail-oriented project manager with FP&A experience is preferred and SAP experience is desired.

Project Management

Responsible for detailed project management and collaboration with project teams driving large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include:
  • Provide project management execution of FS&T led programs pertaining to Project Osprey across ERP and R&
    • Project schedules, key milestones and dependencies utilizing the Integrated Reporting Framework (IRF).
    • Project status and RAID items with a focus on those with interdependencies and high impacts.
    • Participate in key awareness & alignment forums (i.e. PMO integration lite, CCB lite, etc.) aimed at exception management, risk awareness & mitigation, assumption changes & associated impact analytics
    • Uphold Osprey transition principles (i.e. new with new, old with old) while governing & documenting exceptions

Project Quality

Review and provide feedback on all key project management deliverables to drive improvements in overall program and project quality and delivery excellence. Partner with the FS&T PMO to identify systemic issues and to develop, pilot, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred.
Experience:
  • Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & durations. Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities. Strong technical aptitude - experience with Finance or SAP implementations
  • Industry experience is required
  • 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations
  • Finance experience is required
