Key Responsibilities- Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Negotiate, prepare, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure contract compliance and fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, field personnel, clients, government agencies, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and effectively manage scope changes.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage labor, equipment, and material resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
