Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Bilingual - Project Manager ( French & English - written and spoken) to join the Project Management team in Mirabel, Québec for Aerospace Domain. In this role, you will contribute to the development and deployment of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices while supporting the professional development and upskilling of project managers across canada.

As part of the PMO team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive project management excellence, establish consistent ways of working, and promote continuous learning within the project management community. The team fosters a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth.

Your role

As a Project Manager, you will support:
  • The development and deployment of Project Management standards, methodologies, and reference frameworks.
  • The creation and execution of Project Manager upskilling and development roadmaps across Canada.
  • The coordination of training initiatives and relationships with external training providers.
  • The continuous improvement of project management capabilities and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Support the definition, development, documentation, and deployment of Project Management standards to further integrate the Program with global ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio & Project Management Centre of Competencies in Toulouse, France, to benchmark methodologies and align with best practices across organization programs. Serve as the Program focal point for the Program & Project Management Academy.
  • Partner with leadership teams to define and implement the annual learning and development roadmap for the Project Management community. Coordinate and manage training activities with external training providers.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the PMO Google Site and associate knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Lead communication initiatives for the Centre of Competencies, ensuring effective engagement with stakeholders. Promote a culture of project management excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development.


Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline OR University degree in a technical, business, or project management-related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, preferably within a complex or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value and results.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and other collaboration platforms.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 62,874 - 125,747

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
