Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:
Project Managers plan and execute projects for the organization by ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the defined goals. They contribute by leading project teams, managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and serving as the central point of communication between the team and stakeholders; ultimately ensuring the project's success and its alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Location: This role will be remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide advisory support to project managers, helping them to refine project plans, manage risks, and enhance their project management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and implement best practices in project management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist project managers in resolving complex project issues, offering insights and solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to project managers on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Assist PM team by managing PS escalations with the appropriate teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery Team to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years experience

  • Advanced project management skills. Demonstrated knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools, and methodologies

Position Specific Information:
• Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Pay Range:
$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
