Job SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects, strong project management fundamentals, working knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the ability to identify and drive process improvements. This person should be organized, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and governance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, project checkpoints, and status reviews
- Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items
- Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Manage project scope and support change control processes
- Communicate project health, timelines, risks, and issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Support successful client onboarding, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery consistency, reporting, and execution quality
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity
Required Qualifications- 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation, SaaS, enterprise applications, or professional services environments
- Demonstrated experience managing software implementation or deployment projects
