As a
Project Manager you'll use your passion for technology and skills in problem solving to excel at customer service, with the goal to make an impact across the USMC. You'll be a member of the MetroStar TSO team and report to MetroStar Management. In collaboration with the TSO and MetroStar team you'll be responsible for sustaining and recommending enhancements and maintenance of USMC TSO IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
What you'll do:- Oversee middleware services and database administration
- Coordinate personnel actions
- Managing production control unit staff
- Ensures smooth day-to-day operations by facilitating team collaboration and maintaining direct communication with government customers
- Align technical services with mission requirements while supporting workforce and operational efficiency
- Administer JIRA and Atlasian products
What you'll need to succeed:- 6 - 8 years of project management or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISSM and ISSO duties (EMASS)
- Familiar with JIRA and Atlassian products
- Must have PMP
- Secret Clearance
SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $130,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
