Full Job Description
Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale global capital program focused on modernizing the enterprise data platform. This role will lead strategic initiatives involving the migration of existing data environments to Databricks, the development of enterprise data pipelines, and the delivery of complex Agile programs across multiple business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large, enterprise-wide capital program focused on data platform modernization.
• Drive the migration of existing data warehouses and data assets into the Databricks platform (strongly preferred experience).
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data and technology initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.
• Serve in a hybrid capacity, balancing Project Management (60%) and Scrum Master responsibilities (40%).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and program increment activities.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering, Enterprise Data, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables using Jira and related project management tools.
• Drive communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT and data transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Agile projects and delivering enterprise solutions at scale.
• Strong Project Management and Scrum Master expertise, with the ability to effectively perform both functions.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, data warehousing, data engineering concepts, and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong experience with Databricks and data warehouse migration initiatives preferred.
• Extensive experience with Jira and Agile project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
