Full Job Description
Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 Project Lead 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Project Lead 3, Project Management and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Minimum Requirements:.
  • Required (10+ years): Experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments.
  • Required (10+ years): Experience leading data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Required (10+ years): Proven ability to manage business intelligence, big data, and analytics projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • Required (10+ years): Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 is a plus.
  • Required (10+ years): Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies to support project planning, estimation, and issue resolution.
  • Required (10+ years): Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
  • Required (10+ years): Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines.
  • Required (10+ years): Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business partners.
