The Opportunity:

The Project Integrator serves as the Tampa Site Lead, responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and execution of personnel, projects, and operations across both company and government facilities, including the Tampa Field Office and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Headquarters. Acting as the primary interface between the Tampa team, organizational leadership, and U.S. Government customers, this position ensures effective communication, operational alignment, and successful project execution.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Project Integrator serves as a technical contributor supporting unmanned systems, counter-UAS, and other advanced technology initiatives. The role requires a balance of personnel management, customer engagement, operational oversight, and limited financial management within a dynamic and classified environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of Tampa-based personnel and operations.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the Tampa team and U.S. Government customers, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Support operations across multiple work locations, including the Tampa Field Office and customer facilities at USSOCOM Headquarters.
  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for management, customers, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain regular engagement with government stakeholders to facilitate project execution, identify emerging requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization during customer meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and program reviews.
  • Monitor project execution and identify risks, issues, and resource constraints.
  • Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and program management personnel to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support facility operations, equipment management, and local administrative requirements.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, labor utilization, and resource requirements to support effective program execution.
  • Monitor site-level financial performance and identify potential staffing, procurement, or execution impacts.
  • Support forecasting activities by providing input on labor requirements, travel needs, material requirements, and upcoming workload.
  • Coordinate with program and corporate leadership to ensure resources are aligned with project priorities and contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and provide status updates, reports, and briefings to leadership and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of military, technical, leadership, and professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or technical efforts.
  • Experience working directly with government customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting project execution, operational planning, or technical programs.
  • Ability to work from multiple locations, including company facilities and government customer sites.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.


Desired:
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Special Operations Forces, unmanned systems, counter-UAS, or other advanced technology programs.
  • Experience leading small teams in a laboratory, operational, testing, production, or field environment.
  • Experience supporting project budgeting, labor forecasting, resource planning, or financial tracking activities.
  • Familiarity with defense acquisition, technology development, or rapid prototyping efforts.
  • Prior military service or experience supporting Special Operations organizations.
