Full Job Description
The Project Executive will lead project teams and serve as the client account manager from project inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within budget and on schedule. This individual will be responsible for overseeing 1-3 project managers, ultimately ensuring the customer's needs are met while positioning Stellar for successful project execution. The Project Executive is involved in the complete project lifecycle, leading the team from the initial sales effort, through preconstruction, construction, and ultimately serves as a point of contact through the warranty period. The Project Executive is responsible for overall customer satisfaction, project execution, financial performance, and planning. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving cross-functional teams towards success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project deadlines
  • Monitor and track project progress, and adjust work plans as necessary
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Serve as customer liaison to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the fulfillment of client goals and expectations by aligning team members towards a common goal.

Education/Experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Travel Requirements:
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice for urgent business needs, to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during business trips.
  • Compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity for detailed work and computer use
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
