Auburn Mechanical is seeking a Project Executive to drive business growth, oversee key client relationships, and provide leadership on complex construction projects. This role partners closely with executive leadership and plays an important role in developing future talent while helping guide our long-term growth strategy.
What You'll Do- Lead business development and sales efforts
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Develop pursuit strategies, proposals, and presentations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to emerging talent
- Guide projects from preconstruction through final delivery
- Help shape strategic growth initiatives for the company
