Summary

Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Project Engineer V to provide engineering, technology development, and integration support for IA projects, including LVC prototyping and digital range environments for operator training and multi-domain exercises. This position also serves as Deputy Program Manager assisting PM with oversight of staff and administrative functions

 

Essential Functions

  • Support design, development, and integration of IA/LVC systems. –
  • Conduct system testing, prototyping, and operator support. 
  • Collaborate with DoD, IC, MDA, and allied stakeholders.

  • Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.

  • Project management: Skills for examining existing systems for weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Supervisory Responsibility

Serves as Deputy Program Manager assisting PM with oversight of staff and administrative functions

 

 

Work Environment

This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.

 

Physical Demands

The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.

 

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected

 

Experience

  • 12+ years experience
  • Security+ certification required.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).

Clearance

Ability to obtain an active Top-Secret Clearance (SCI eligible). Interim Secret required to start (company will sponsor).

 

Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is $170,000.00 to $185,000.00 depending upon education and experience.
