Standard Job DescriptionThe Work RMS is seeking an experienced Project Engineer Staff to join our Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare Integrated Engineering organization. You will coordinate engineering project planning, execution, integration, and completion while partnering with technical teams, Program Management, internal stakeholders, and customers.Responsibilities include managing cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EACs); conducting Earned Value Management (EVM), variance, staffing, subcontractor, and risk/opportunity analysis; and managing Control Account performance. You will monitor weekly charging, identify discrepancies, track EVM performance, and elevate issues to Program Management and impacted Control Account Managers (CAMs).You will coordinate technical development, scheduling, engineering design, integration, and test activities; ensure assigned EACs are credible; analyze variances and implement corrective action plans; support weekly and monthly program reviews; and develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals. Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

This position requires a DoD government clearance at the Secret level prior to start.
This posisiton requires the ability to travel up to or less than 10%.
This position is fulltime onsite, based out of King of Prussia, PA.
Who You AreYou are a motivated, detail-oriented engineering leader who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality. You bring experience with EVM, CAM/Control Account management, EACs, variance analysis, risk management, engineering project execution, and proposal development. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Basic Qualifications- BS in Engineering STEM field
- 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
- Security Clearance required Prior to Start: Secret
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Experience with project management lifecycle steps
- Experience in analyzing and assessing project decisions based on schedule, cost, or technical impacts.
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
- Ability to travel up to or less than 10%.
Desired Skills- Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to prepare reports, graphs, and visual presentation aids, perform measurements and interpret data.
- Experience in project execution or program management (or similar role), supporting programs achieve their cost, schedule, and technical goals.
- Experience in project engineering activities including budget planning, cost analysis, proposal development, schedule management, and risk and opportunity management.
- Familiarity with Agile software development process.
- Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail, quality, and whole system thinking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
