  • Coordinate with external engineering consultants to ensure cost-effective project completion.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Maintenance and Construction teams for effective planning and execution.
  • Observe HAZOP reviews and incident investigations, contributing to a culture of safety.

Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up. Supports project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision.
• Assists with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation.
• Participates in Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Information (PSI), and mechanical integrity documentation reviews and learns requirements.
• Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively.
• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership.
• Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution.
• Observes HAZOP reviews and incident investigations
• Learns engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
• Zero (0) years or more of industry experience required.
