Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
• 3-7+ years of experience in project engineering in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong project management skills and experience leading capital projects
• Knowledge of specific manufacturing processes (metal fabrication, welding, or ag equipment preferred)
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital and process improvement projects from initiation through execution and closeout
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain
• Oversee equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
