Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of senior manufacturing management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, preferred Dynamics AX or M2M.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and six sigma principles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Direct production and distribution activities of the facility.
• Develop plans to support short and long-term business growth.
• Evaluate production schedules and requirements considering budget and time.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff while resolving HR-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive production reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Implement production tracking and quality control systems.
• Enhance safety performance in the plant continuously.
• Manage budgets for capital, supplies, and labor ensuring efficient resource use.
• Partner with the Plant Manager on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure process from justification to execution.
• Direct Supply Chain strategy for cost saving and improved delivery.
• Work with Industrial Engineer to maintain equipment and minimize downtime.
• Foster inter-departmental collaboration and teamwork.
