Your contributions will utilize the following foundational areas:
- Design and development of algorithms and data structures
- Object oriented analysis and design
- Real-time operating systems
- Protocol design and architecture
- Agile software methodology
Responsibilities- Eliciting software requirements from various stakeholders
- Participating in software design and implementation
- Testing, deploying, managing, and maintaining software components
- Participating in consensus-based software project management
- Prioritizing feature estimating
- Collaborating in reviews and demos
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
