As Project Director, Large Capital EPC , you will lead the delivery across the project portfolio for one of Siemens Energy's most strategic customers. Serving as the senior executive responsible for project performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth, you will partner with customer leadership and internal stakeholders to drive execution excellence, strengthen long-term relationships, and deliver critical energy infrastructure projects that shape the future of the industry.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead the project management organization supporting a strategic customer portfolio and ensure successful execution across all projects.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, commercial, technical, and customer-related matters.
  • Drive project performance across key metrics including safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Management to support strategic growth opportunities and long-term customer development.
  • Build strong executive-level customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project execution and delivery matters.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing project management team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective risk identification, mitigation, and governance across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Commercial Management to deliver business objectives.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in large-scale Substation EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments .
