Primary Function
Under general supervision, leads, plans and directs complex customer project service requests and provides a high level of technical assistance; develops project definitions, plans the scope of work and ensures project meets budget, quality and schedule objectives; responds to project inquiries; provides input on engineering and construction requirements and advises customer on design and material requirements; coordinates, monitors and reports status on all projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field and six years of increasingly responsible experience planning and directing customer service projects.

Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education in planning and directing customer service projects.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/Testing
A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
