Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in project cost controlling
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) for data extraction
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (macros, lookups)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with various disciplines
• Experience in Physical Progress and Earned Value systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary cost contact for the project
• Collaborate with project managers to guide budgets and forecasts
• Track purchase orders and cost data in Oracle, identifying variances
• Prepare accurate forecasts at completion (FaC)
• Analyze cost variances and identify trends or areas for savings
• Facilitate project change control processes
• Evaluate cost impacts of scope changes and document accordingly
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status and insights
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
• Identify financial risks and assess impact on contingency budgets
• Confirm subcontractor billing aligns with actual progress
• Evaluate subcontractor claims with mitigation plans
