Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role supporting our Mechanical and Electrical teams across complex, high-impact projects. You'll help drive project delivery excellence through strong coordination, documentation, reporting, and a steadfast commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE).
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and is motivated to grow. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, you'll accelerate your development as a project professional, with a clear pathway toward project management and professional designations such as the
PMP.
Your Impact- Support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects with total fees ranging from $500,000 to $10M+, from initiation through close-out.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and discipline leads to define scope, schedules, risks, and financial foundations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive Project Management Plans, aligning objectives, budgets, risks, and communication protocols.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact client relationships or outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation including cost reports, schedules, risk registers, and action logs.
- Participate in and contribute to internal and external project meetings, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Architecture or Construction Management is considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of project coordination experience within engineering delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects in sectors such as Institutional, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Buildings.
- Working knowledge of project delivery tools including EMS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and BIM.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices and reporting methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity with minimal supervision.
- Professional designations such as PMP (or progress toward certification) are considered an asset.
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$77,400 - $102,500 MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 - $92,900Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
