Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator and be the bridge between our customers and innovative solutions! We're looking for tech-savvy problem solvers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a hybrid role in a U.S. Schneider Hub location.

What will you do:

The Project Coordination role seeks viable candidates who strive for excellence in customer service. Candidates for the role will be expected to manage multiple conflicting priorities related to coordination of equipment deliveries, supply chain risk management, and general customer service.

The primary duties of the role require:
    • Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply. Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional carrier.
    • Project Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones. Proactively escalate upon all risks identified via supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales.
    • Delivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs. Confirm all shipments to key project stakeholders.
    • Customer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project. Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs. Action of follow up will apply but limited to, Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Accounts Receivables. Close all projects to general customer satisfaction.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $68,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
