Description:Project Coordinator, Revenue Cycle AdvisoryTake ownership of this valuable role, responsible for supporting projects and ongoing processes that enhance all aspects of revenue cycle operations. Monitor ongoing revenue cycle performance using key performance indicators. Identify trends and perform root cause analyses to find performance improvement opportunities Participate in research and process improvement projects, while thriving as an integral member of a tight-knit, patient-inspired team. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and operations, and build a strong foundation for growth and future career advancement.The ideals candidate serves as an internal consultant for organization-wide projects related to revenue cycle performance improvement. Supports client-focused projects and ongoing processes that monitor, evaluate, and improve all functional elements of revenue cycle operations (e.g. - Patient Access, Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services). Works with and across multiple hospital operating departments to align revenue cycle requirements with delivery of patient care. Position activities are primarily rooted in research and documentation-oriented behaviors including industry review of best practices, data collection and sampled testing, basic measurement such as aggregation and summarization of data, general statistics, and trends, project management documentation practices, and entry-level consultation.Preferred Criteria- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- 1-3 years related healthcare, consulting, or project management experience
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes and concepts
- Basic proficiency with hospital registration and billing systems
Required Criteria- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Basic to intermediate use of other Microsoft applications. Basic knowledge of Smartsheet.
- Basic to working application of project management skills
- Professional communication skills - verbal and written
- Basic proficiency with MS Office suite

Salary Range:$66,300-$96,500/Annual
