The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, high-achieving Project Coordinator to join the Corporate Philanthropy team in New York. This is a high-responsibility role that requires you to work closely with senior stakeholders to advance philanthropic initiatives as well as deliver strategic events.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a unique blend of executive-level support, including diary management and scheduling, and high-impact project design. You must maintain high standards of excellence while navigating a wide portfolio of projects across different geographies and focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Operations;
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage day-to-day scheduling, briefings, and diary management for the Americas Head of Corporate Philanthropy.
  • Strategic Representation: Represent the Americas Head in meetings, synthesizing discussions, providing feedback, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Communication & Documentation: Draft high-quality memos, reports, presentations, and briefings for both internal and external audiences.
  • Information Management: Maintain organized digital records, files, and reporting structures for all initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance overall team productivity.


Project & Event Management;
  • End-to-End Execution: Support the planning and seamless delivery of high-profile events by coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Impact Reporting: Produce summaries and reports for senior management that demonstrate the social impact and business benefit of philanthropic programs
  • Briefing & Research: Research and create detailed biographies and briefings related to upcoming events, initiatives and grant requests.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


You'll need to have:

  • Exceptional Project Management: A proven track record of implementation meeting high standards of success.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, database management, and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information.
  • Influence & Collaboration: The capacity to direct and influence others without direct reporting authority, working effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Resilience & Passion: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain flexibility in hours and approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and written communication skills with a focus on discretion and sound judgment.

Salary Range = 100,000 - 115,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
