Job DescriptionAtkinsRéalis is hiring a
Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a large, complex transportation program operating within an alliance environment based in downtown
Toronto.The role is embedded within a multidisciplinary project delivery team and is responsible for supporting coordinated delivery across multiple partners, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, schedule, governance, and commercial objectives. The role requires strong delivery leadership, collaboration skills, and experience working within integrated or alliance based delivery models.
Your role- Support the Package Manager to plan, organize, and act as the Company Representative pertaining to work Packages
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope of work, potential deviation (early warning), objectives and required delivery time frame
- Assist the Package Manager in the development of project management documents such as work package budgets, work package schedules, scope statements and work package plans
- Organizing, coordinating, and planning multidisciplinary tasks within a work package
- Collaborating with the finance teams and other team members on budgeting and hours allocation, including identifying and addressing potential risks/opportunities
- Coordinate the transmission of submittals through Document Control including managing punch lists and quality documentation
About you- Experienced Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, transit in multi-disciplinary projects
- A recognized degree in Engineering is required
- P3/Design Build Project experience in North America.
- Skilled in scheduling, reporting, estimating and supporting Package Managers throughout project life cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team coordination and adaptability in fast paced project environment.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
